About
Over the past 10 years, I’ve operated at the intersection of product, technology, and business — building and scaling systems rather than isolated solutions.
Started with web design and development, then moved into designing and managing end-to-end product ecosystems: CRM and ERP systems, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team coordination. Focused on aligning product decisions with business outcomes, ensuring every feature contributes to growth, efficiency, or scalability.
On the business side, worked closely with retailers and entrepreneurs, analyzing unit economics, identifying bottlenecks, and unlocking growth opportunities. Strong emphasis on building systems that generate predictable revenue, optimize operations, and scale without constant manual involvement.
Led the launch of a restaurant and food delivery operation during the COVID-19 period — from brand and positioning to full operational setup, including digital infrastructure, customer acquisition, and process design. Extended this into a corporate catering model, establishing B2B revenue streams, structuring partnerships, and formalizing operational and financial workflows.
From a technical perspective, built and managed infrastructure and DevOps practices: deploying self-hosted systems, configuring servers and networks, and ensuring reliability, data integrity, and system portability across environments.
Core focus: integrating product, business, and technology into a unified, self-sustaining system — from hypothesis and validation to execution and measurable results.
Currently focused on building resilient business models and operational systems that can function independently — with clear metrics, documented processes, and scalable architecture.
